A good friend, whose wife and 3 children are still in our mother country, the Philippines, spent an evening with me one time he took a leave from his full time, stay-in work upstate. We chatted and continued chatting until we fell asleep. Very late in the evening while we must have just gone to sleep for a few hours, I sensed him jumping out so suddenly from his side of the queen size bed as if he was so shaken and afraid. In his hurry to keep distance from what was causing him grave fear, he accidentally touched my very erect penis at the time. That got him to stop as quickly as he started rushing out of the fearful situation. Of course, he was aware of what just happened. I felt awkward as I’m not used to being touched by another person in that part of my anatomy, but I didn’t ask him for details. I wanted to go back to sleep as I was working early the next day. I sensed his movement again during that evening when he had to get up and go to the bathroom to pee.
Early the next day, we chatted about his dreams. He said he dreamt about seeing snakes in his first dream. He had a second dream that night but he couldn’t recall anything about it. I was then reading the most updated happenings in my social networking sites online and took the chance to check what’s the meaning of snakes in dreams. Among many representations, I found out that snakes are symbols of transitions. I figured my friend’s been thinking about his desires to move from his present place where he stays in the city to another place, preferably with me and my other roommate. We were figuring out if this friend could stay with us. I don’t know yet the answer as I’m waiting for the response from another friend who has the lease to the apartment. Let’s see how it goes.
